Q: How will I receive a tracking number?

A: We will provide you with a tracking number after we’ve received the payment and shipped your watch. If you live outside the U.S. you will be responsible for any applicable duty/VAT charges.

Q: How long does it typically take to receive my watch after I place my order?

A: Within the intercontinental United States, it will typically take 2-4 days for you to receive your watch. For international orders, the time varies and will usually take 7-10 days.  Also, at Sharp Bros we are constantly designing and working around the clock.  Please allow time for processing, shipping and handling.  

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return your Sharp Bros. watch within 14-days of your receipt.  Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for new items, without signs or wear or damage, in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to your return.

However, in the event of a promotion or special discount, Sharp Bros. will only be able to offer a store credit with the return of any new items purchased within 14 days, without signs or wear or damage, in the original packaging. (No Restocking Fee is Applicable) 

Q: What if I need servicing or repairs?

A: Sharp Bros watches are guaranteed under a limited one-year warranty against any manufacturer defects.  Please email us at: info@areyousharp.com if you encounter any issues.  We will respond with specific instructions on sending us the watch back for any servicing required.  Damage caused by mishandling, tampering, or accidents will void your warranty.  

Q: Are Sharp Bros watches waterproof?

A: Our watches are water resistant up to 300 meters, which means it is safe to dive with and other wear during other watch activities.
